Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team at:

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with exchanges whenever possible.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we’ll help arrange a refund or store credit instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that processing times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if possible, and we’ll make it right as quickly as we can.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
